TESTIMONIAL

TESTIMONIAL FOR MOTiON INSTiTUTE of MANAGEMENT STUDIES. (MIMS), Jalgaon, Maharashtra.

I had the privilege of visiting Motion Institute of Management Studies for conducting a 3-day induction programme for the new batch of students. It was a very satisfying experience for me as a Trainer.

Few things stood out during my interaction with the students and the Director Ms. Shailaja Patil and Mr. Nitin Patil, the founders of the institute:

The Management of the institute is committed to deliver quality and help students transform themselves into effective professionals.

Their passion for quality makes them choose their faculty from the highly qualified and experienced resources attached with premier institutes in Pune & Mumbai.

Their PGP Courses Offer specialization in two most important areas which are likely to have huge demand.

Students can look forward to have good careers for which they will have to utilize there time effectively to make the most of facilities provided by the institute.

It was shared with me that quality of inputs have ensured placement of some of their students in a reputed MNC in Dubai.

Hospitality and care they exhibit in handling visitors is likely to ensure continuous flow of talent to their institute to help them meet their goals of making a mark in their chosen fields as an autonomous institute.

For me, it was good to interact with some highly inquisitive young minds selected carefully through a robust selection process right on the start of their academic session, who kept me on the edge by asking relevant questions and intensely participating in their learning. Of course, it starts right from the point of selection which makes a lot of difference. Way to go MIMS, Jalgaon!! Here’s wishing everyone at MIMS, Jalgaon a great future ahead!!

I have had the privilege of teaching at MiMS, Jalgaon, which is a small town in North Maharashtra. MiMS is run by the young couple : Mrs. Shailaja Patil & Mr. Nitin Patil, both of whom were my students who did MBA at International Institute of Management Studies (IIMS) of Sai Balaji Society, Pune, @ seven years ago. I really appreciate their efforts in establishing MiMS in such a remote part of this state.

I conducted three full days of workshops at MiMS in August 2011 and found the students were as good as any in the metros of India and were inquisitive and keen to learn. I imagine this is because of the stringent admission criteria of MiMS. The infrastructure is in keeping with the needs of the times. The very isolation of the campus makes MiMS a great learning place with very little else to distract the students from their focus. I would even go so far as to say that the ambience at MiMS is like a Gurukul run by our ancient Gurus such as Vashishtha & Dronacharya.

MiMS spares no effort nor spares costs in getting the best possible faculty from far and wide. Indeed, while I was there conducting my own workshop for the Juniors, there was another senior faculty from Pune conducting workshop for the Seniors. Getting senior faculty from as far away as Pune, Mumbai and other places costs a lot of money in terms of travel, boarding & lodging and payment to faculty. It is good to see that MiMS is doing all this without scrounging. This ensures that MiMS students get the best inputs, resulting in very good placements.

I wish MiMS all the best in its corporate endeavors.
